Q1. What are your hours of trading?
A1. 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday, emails or messages left outside of these hours will be dealt with promptly on our return. 

Q2. How do I place an order?
A2. We like to make ordering from Ascot Healthcare as easy as possible for you, orders can be placed by phone, fax, email, mail or via the enquiry tab on our website.

Q3. When can I expect my delivery?
A3. At Astris Lifecare we aim for fast, efficient delivery of your order. Stock items ordered before 1pm are delivered the next working day, for non stock items, we will confirm delivery at time of order.

Q4. My delivery hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
A4. All of our deliveries are traceable, please contact the Ascot Healthcare office and we will provide exact details of your delivery schedule.

Q5. We would like help to set up a product, is this possible?
A5. Yes, Astris Lifecare want to ensure you get the best from your equipment, we can train and demonstrate to you and your staff how our equipment works and is used.

A6. Yes, Astris Lifecare have the capacity to manufacturer to suit your exact requirements, providing products that suit and work for your environments is all part of the service and flexibility that we offer our customers.
